To meet the needs of our residents, many of whom are transitioning from years of housing instability, we combine compassionate property management with service-enriched supportive housing. Residents have access to free, confidential, clinical case management and onsite care.
Our team helps build capacity, well-being, personal resiliency, and ensures residents have access to a wide network of regional resources. Whether it’s a small bump in the road or a long-term challenge, the Supportive Housing Program plays a key role in a return to stability.
