Supportive Housing Program

Rick Gulino, LCSW, Director of Neighborhood Development & Resident Services

Rick oversees the Supportive Housing Program, the Youth Education Enhancement Program, Community Building & Organizing program, and Health services. He holds a B.S. degree in Social/Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and Masters of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. He has managed a school-based treatment program for troubled youth, day treatment setting for emotionally disturbed youth and has worked in a residential facility for those with psychosocial disturbances. Mr. Gulino has also worked as an outreach worker for those who are homeless and suffer from mental illness
