Todd Broussard

As the Director of Construction, Todd oversees a talented crew of superintendents, construction managers, and contractors who are working to increase the supply of high-quality affordable housing for the Central Coast. Originally joining PSHH in 2017, Todd has previous experience as a general manager of a construction company, a CEO of consulting company, and a community development director.

Todd loves spending time outdoors, is a wine enthusiast, and has a heart for veterans.
