Joanna Domínguez

Director of Resource Development

As the Director of Resource Development, Joanna heads up the effort to raise philanthropic support for the programs and services which benefit PSHH residents. Through donor relations, gift stewardship, and grant writing, her team seeks sustaining investments which connect the mission to the community.

Joanna has been distinguished nationally for her leadership and team-building ability and brings decades of sales and customer service experience to the position. Born in Yuma, Arizona to Mexican migrant farm workers, Joanna came to the Central Coast as a child and grew up in Guadalupe, California. She is a first-generation college graduate and earned her undergraduate and master’s degree in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
