Davis Foley

Director of Technology & Office Operations

Joining PSHH in 2015, Davis serves as the Director of Technology & Office Operations. Ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the organization’s networks and systems, his teams support over 200 PSHH employees on the Central Coast and across the country.

Davis brings a wealth of knowledge from his comprehensive background in IT, with experience providing technical support services at two CSU campuses and to numerous businesses in the private sector at a managed services provider. Under his leadership, the IT Department has grown to serve as the IT provider on behalf of four other non-profits in our footprint.

Having lived in both the Central Valley and the Northern San Francisco Bay Area, today Davis resides in San Luis Obispo with his wife, two children, and their dog. His Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and minor in Business Administration allow him to more fully support our workforce and effectively manage two departments. He is an avid cyclist and world traveler who also enjoys baking bread and desserts for friends and family.
