Free Loan Modification Seminars in Santa Maria
hosted by Peoples' Self-Help Housing on Thursday, August 30

Loan modification help is on the way! Peoples’ Self-Help Housing (PSHH) invites the public to attend a free loan modification workshop on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Keller Williams Realty, 204 E. Enos, Santa Maria. The workshop will be bilingual and is sponsored by Peoples’ and NeighborWorks America.

Homeowners who wish to learn more about keeping their home and the loan modification process are invited to attend. Participants will learn strategies to preserve homeownership and how to communicate with their lender. Workshop attendees who may need further assistance will be able to set up one-on-one appointments with bi-lingual PSHH housing counselors.

This workshop will be facilitated by PSHH Housing Counselor Brian Kerrigan. Peoples’ Self-Help Housing was able to assist over 300 households, who were experiencing mortgage problems during the past two years.
