Rick Gulino, LCSW
Rick Gulino LCSW joined Peoples' Self-Help Housing oversees the Supportive Housing Program (SHP), Educational Program and Community Building & Engagement (CB&E). SHP provides case management and social services for over 3,500 residents. The Educational Program includes the Youth Education Enhancement Program, College Club and Adult Education services. CB&E oversees volunteer engagement and brings residents and community together.
Gulino holds a B.S. degree in Social/Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and Master’s of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. He has managed a school-based treatment program for troubled youth in Compton and has worked in a rehabilitation facility for those with psycho-social disturbances. Mr. Gulino has also worked as an outreach worker for those who are homeless and suffer from mental illness.
