Candi Roberts

In her role, Candi oversees the Asset Management team, providing property risk mitigation, capital needs assessments, investment analysis, performance reporting, and governmental regulatory obligations.

A seasoned housing professional, Candi brings over 22 years in property management, asset management, and social services. Prior to joining the organization, she led the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department for the City of San Marcos. Candi holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and master’s degree in Management and Human Capital Performance from Colorado State University.

Residing in the northern San Diego County, Candi lives with her husband, children, and two puppies. She has a passion and commitment to deliver the best service and value to all residents, stakeholders, and partners in the affordable housing industry.
