Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Griffin oversees $155M of corporate assets, including a real estate portfolio valued at $200M. Responsible for financial closings of new real estate developments, his team ensures the availability of funding to support programs, enrich services, and sustain growth.

Along with seeking conventional financing, Griffin pursues non-traditional and emerging funding models. His risk management and investment assessments ensure compliance with best practices and GAAP principles. His judicious oversight provides for the appropriate allocation of all organizational resources.

A native of San Luis Obispo, Griffin joined PSHH in 2013 as the Assistant Controller and was subsequently promoted to Controller before assuming his current position in 2019. After college, and before moving back to the Central Coast, Griffin spent two years playing professional baseball for the Kansas City Royals.
