Nick Tompkins

A fifth generation Central Coast native and Fresno State University graduate, Nick brings more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience to PSHH. As the founder of Apio, Inc. in 1979, Nick, together with his partner, grew the business into the largest manufacturer and marketer of pre-cut vegetables in the country. Now the owner of NKT Commercial, he oversees a portfolio of more than 30 properties on the Central Coast.

Nick’s expertise in property development is surpassed only by his passion for community service. He joined the board in 2017 and lives in Arroyo Grande.
