In Pre-Development:
Breaking ground on a new home ownership project generally takes 3-4 years as we work with local jurisdictions, community stakeholders, federal programs, and state agencies. This includes obtaining design approval, performing environmental review, securing grants and mortgages, and installing public improvements. This highly collaborative process is currently working to bring 170+ new homes to the Central Coast. These include:
- Apple Avenue, Greenfield – 34 homes
- Skylight Homes, Santa Maria – 49 homes
- Hillcrest Homes, Thousand Oaks – 78 homes
- Unnamed, Los Osos – 10 homes
