Completed in 1990, these 35 garden style apartments located in Santa Maria provide residents with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for limited income elderly residents. All apartments are equipped with an emergency call system. Valentine Court also features a commons building which includes the resident manager’s office, a laundry facility, a TV lounge, public restrooms, a recreational/meeting room, and a kitchen area. All units and common spaces were greatly enhanced during a major rehab and beautification effort in 2019.
