In Development:

Pre-development is one of the most important parts of building new affordable housing. Zoning, density requirements, design, and financing all need to receive local jurisdiction approval before building can begin. We currently have 404 units in the pre-development phase:

  • Paseo Paloma, Atascadero – 72 units
  • Fillmore Terrace – 50 units
  • Cambria Pines – 33 units
  • Del Rio Ridge, Atascadero – 42 units
  • Rolling Hills III, Templeton – 28 units
  • Cypress Place II, Oxnard – 60 units
  • Santa Maria – 119 units

In Acquisition:

Acquiring developable land is increasingly difficult, especially in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the US. However careful planning in these early phases provides a strategic foundation for new affordable housing. We currently have 506 units in the acquisition phase of development.
