In Pre-Development:

Pre-development is one of the most important parts of building new affordable housing. Zoning, density requirements, design, and financing all need to receive local jurisdiction approval before building can begin. We currently have 490+ units in this phase:

  • Cypress Place II, Oxnard – 60 units
  • Cambria Pines, Cambria – 33 units
  • Fillmore Terrace, Fillmore – 50 units
  • Paseo Paloma, Atascadero – 72 units
  • Paseo Paloma II, Atascadero – 88 units
  • Rolling Hills III, Templeton – 28 units
  • Heritage View I, Santa Maria – 40 units
  • Heritage View II, Santa Maria – 79 units

In Acquisition:

Acquiring developable land is increasingly difficult, especially in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the US. However careful planning in these early phases provides a strategic foundation for new affordable housing. We currently have 150+ units in the acquisition phase of development.
